 Large Home Needs Life....I am a upper 50ish Professional female looking to rent a portion of my home. Figured be better than signing up for "Life-Line"!
Since it is an late 80's home, I would prefer a male that might keep me from self destructing what is a better than good condition home. In other words...here is my wish list
Integrity, compatable, friends, team caring yet space.
Home has everything except what the complex's offer in entertainment....full access...and a home feel versus an apt. Outdoors to boot! Oh yea, leaves fall in Oct...help would be a big dream!
Rent $700/month. No fancy lease...let's meet and see if it is a good mix.
